Empowering women of the future

Founded in 2023, Every Girl Matters, Inc is for foster care girls. Less than 3% of children who age out of the system will receive a degree. While 50% of girls that leave foster care will get pregnant by age 19. Our founder/CEO, X'Zaria Bullard, aged out of the system in 2019. In May 2023 she will enter the 3% of foster children who receive a degree. The core of our work lies in the continuous passion and dedication that we have for helping foster care girls in their transition into womanhood. Also inspiring them to pursue their goals in higher education. It is important that foster care youth feel loved, valued, and appreciated.
